As last time i was typing that after loosing some time and resources some students know the worth of time and their study so they start participation in study and get serious some times there are many students who are very intelligent but they never take interest in study but suddenly a such a incident occur in thier lives that they become serious and start hard working.The most important there are some students that need proper guidance even they are intelligent and sharp minded but due to the unavailability of guide and resources they dont progress in life I think this is duty of state that there must complete guidance available at school level there must be student councilor that should properly guide every student about career and worth of study.After this all as in our country after getting through this all frustrating system a student hardly get a job and after this all he understand this system but these experiment are essential in most of cases therefore I said there is not any shortcut to experience.
